What is Your Dream?

What would you really like to do with your life if you could flip a switch allowing your dream to happen in an instant?  Can you even dare to dream?  Or are you feeling so low, drained of energy, scared or controlled that you cannot even allow yourself to dream?   • Easily bullied;  Afraid of speaking up for yourself and find it hard to make a decision?

  • Like you have no self-confidence or self-belief; you don’t feel good enough?

  • It is hard to make friends as you don’t know who to trust; so you keep others at a distance as you are afraid that they will hurt you; so you have no social circle to speak of?

    • your self-nurturing thoughts and being able to see the good in others?

    • your resourceful feelings of being grounded, relaxed, excited, motivated? 

    • healthy behaviours (eating/drinking/exercising, etc.)?

    • healthy relationship boundaries?
